The Brief

Create an engaging recruitment film that offers a glimpse into life working in Admiral through several success stories. This project aims to attract potential employees by showcasing the company's culture, and offices. The film will serve as a dynamic platform for advertising and connecting with the future talent pool.

The Process

After careful planning, we filmed a series of testimonials across two shoot days. One at the headquarters in Cardiff and the second at a colleague's home to highlight the importance of a hybrid workforce. We spent a large part of the 1st day of filming capturing colleagues in their workspace, showing the facilities and tech Admiral offer. We managed to capture a large library of content that was used in several films we created.

The Results

We successfully produced a video that has been crucial in reaching a broader spectrum of potential candidates, highlighting their best opportunities, and raising awareness for the positions available at Admiral. We are proud to have played a part in enhancing their recruitment interactions through increased views and online shares, resulting in a higher percentage of quality candidates. This also gave prospective and future employees an insightful visual representation of who Admiral are and what they represent as a business.
