Recharge Conference 2023

Ticketsolve

The Brief

We were asked by Ticketsolve if we could help cover their recharge conference in London. Ticketsolve’s recharge sessions were all about leading interactive sessions such as workshops, speeches and opportunities for attendees to network with others.

Ticketsolve have regularly looked at how they can make services better and easier to use for both the team and the general public. This event was all about team collaboration and using experience to create a great service and this team and collaboration first culture was what we were looking to get in this short film.

The Process

We looked to get as many different perspectives on the benefits of this conference as we could. We did this by speaking to a wide range of people who attended the conference and what their main takeaways were from the event.

The main message we got from those we spoke to was about the community feeling that Ticketsolve have sought to create between staff and customers. Many stated that whilst they hadn’t met in person before the event it was nice to be able to put names to faces in terms of who has helped their business. This statement was echoed by many of those involved with the film with many echoing that they found it valuable to interact with others and was nice for people to interact with each other.

This event was ultimately all about creating further opportunities for staff members to learn from their experiences and learning as a company going forward. From interacting with staff and customers many note how their life has made easier as a result of attending these events. One thing that Ticketsolve have consistently looked to demonstrate is their ability to evolve as a company over by listing on their website how they share a principal of being future-orientated and constantly being able to adapt to the everchanging nature of the world.

Another point that we emphasised was how conferences provide opportunities for people to develop their ability and make the most of new experiences. In his interview for the film Chris Kerr explained how he was given an opportunity to present at the conference and this was a great experience for him. Natalie Weston also touched on the benefits of being present at these events and by listening to speakers about different opinions which she could consider about how the company works.

The Result

The final film resulted in a range of different perspectives on what they enjoyed about this conference but all shared the same core value of collaboration and how crucial that is to maintaining great relationships with clients.

We managed to catch the good-natured inclusive nature that these events look to provide people with. This was best highlighted by the fact that we had several people allude to how useful they found networking with others at this event.

At Stori Cymru we have gone on to enjoy a great relationship with Ticketsolve and we have worked on a number of videos with the company on features that they provide and covering their conferences.

We have been well aligned with the company throughout the process and there were so many different stories to be told from this event due to the amount of people who were willing to speak to us. At Stori Cymru our main brand ethos is that we are all storytellers and this project perfectly demonstrated this belief.

If you have an event or conference that needs covering don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Stori Cymru were great from start to finish. From the proposal to the pre-production meeting to the day itself was professional, friendly and was done to an exceptional standard.
