The Brief

We were approached by Ticketsolve to make an animation releasing their new Projects feature which is all about making event management easier and eliminate the organisational challenges that can come from this.

We looked to create an effective video that showed the ease of the service to use, highlight the major benefits of project by addressing the issues with organisation that the service looks to solve and examples of how the service can be used.

As a company Ticketsolve have always looked to put the customer at the heart of what they do and how they can make life easier for people in all walks of life from ticketing and adapting to become a business tool. Personal experience was huge in the development of the company having been setup by those who had been working in this sector.

The personal connection made this project particularly appealing as Stori Cymru has always looked to stress the importance of authenticity in business and having a story or marketing campaign that resonates with the public.

The Process

The main objective with this animation was to make it simple to understand and one that was eye catching for the audience. Some of the techniques used were large text on the main problems in business that projects tackles as well as demonstrations about how the service functions. We also provided examples of how the service can be used through demonstrations and the guide that is provided in the video.

Ticketsolve looked to highlight the number of different ways of using the service such as fundraising campaigns, group bookings, marketing campaigns and operations management and how this offers structure in terms of event management. We managed to capture this in our animation video by highlighting these purposes and ensure that organisation is one of the key benefits of the projects service.

In addition, we emphasised how this improves teamwork within a business by demonstrating examples of issues that can be negated by using this service. One example we highlighted was the issue of having to switch between a number of different apps and that by bringing all of the apps into one location this makes working far more efficient.

Another way we highlighted how using projects can be successful for your business was the ability to build relationships with the rest of your team through more effective collaboration and by setting tasks through projects everyone knows their roles.

Creating effective videos and tutorials are crucial into how businesses function and also how they appeal to both new and existing staff. We were happy with how we were able to demonstrate how Ticketsolve is evolving and helping other businesses function in the technological age.

The Result

We managed to make an effective short form video which demonstrated the key features of the service through a mix of commentary and demonstrations which were crucial in showing the simple nature of projects.

With the simple and effective way in which we were able to breakdown what projects was about, there were positive reviews noted on the website on how the organisation of projects has helped improve teamwork and monitoring the business.

We placed a great emphasis on the human factor and how life can be made easier for the individual by using projects and through making projects relatable to human experience, this was a particularly appealing project to us at Stori Cymru given the genuine and authentic effort that Ticketsolve has always looked to emphasise in their work.
